How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions on your iPhone to view, change, or cancel your plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
I paid on another device — how do I get my content back?
Open the paywall or your Profile and tap Restore purchases. This re-checks your Apple ID and restores any active subscription or unlocked prayers.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your saved prayers, ancestor names, and notes are stored only on your device and are never uploaded. See our Privacy Policy for details.
A prayer, translation, or detail looks wrong.
This tradition is living and varies by lineage (“cada casa es un mundo”). If something looks off for your house, email us the prayer name and what should change and we’ll review it.
Notifications aren’t appearing.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Orisha Prayers in Settings → Notifications, and that the reminder toggles are on inside the app’s Profile screen.
